Szanowni Państwo,
Poniżej przedstawiam informację Komisji Europejskiej dotyczącą programów TAIEX i twinning w obecnej sytuacji epidemicznej.

Dear colleagues,
I would like to once again warmly thank you for the great discussions and all your comments, opinions and suggestions submitted to us.
I believe we have jointly addressed and clarified a number of important questions, including priority sectors for TAIEX and Twinning assistance in the current and post COVID context, shaping current and future digital exchanges, possible methods to design and implement targeted TAIEX events, and the continued implementation of Twinning projects.
A number of you suggested that it would be useful to have a more detailed and coherent record of the various ideas discussed. Against this background, we have prepared a short concept note on the response of the Institution Building Tools to the COVID crisis in support of the Team Europe Approach. You will find this note attached.
We hope you will find this note useful as a basis for further developments and joint actions. We will now work on the implementation of the various ideas set out in the note, and we count on your continued support and cooperation in this process.
Meanwhile, we continue to learn from our experiences with this new way of delivering TAIEX assistance. You can therefore find attached the updated Manual for TAIEX online events, which includes lessons from recent online exchanges.
The attached documents are “living documents,” which we hope to continue shaping together with the support of our dynamic Institution Building Community. In this context, we would of course welcome contributions from those of you who has not yet shared with us ideas and information on the potential sectors we could address. These would be of course most useful.
We are also reflecting on our next meetings. We propose to meet again in a similar format in the beginning of September. We may decide to have some more technical meetings prior to this, for example on the possible “clusters” around key sectors.
For ease of reference, and to have the full set of documents in one e-mail, I also re-attach the simplified application form for COVID-related TAIEX requests.
I hope you will find it useful.
The Frequently Asked Questions regarding Twinning should follow shortly.
